Couldn't wait to get home and have a beer!

Brought 40 yesterday for £16!! Bargain!! I love it when theres a big football tournament looming as beer just gets cheaper and cheaper by the day :-)
So anyway started on the 40 this evening, theres currently 37 left, its a bit like that '10 green bottles hanging on the wall' song only with me its '40 green bottles sitting in the fridge and if one green bottle gets accidently drunk there'll be 39.....38....37' etc you get the gist!




















Book is going well, although its weird I can usualy shut stuff out when reading but this book is taking a bit of getting used to, the good news so far is that Jaina seems to have got over being a mind joined looney and is now back her arse kicking self >;-)

Want a new phone, not much wrong with my Sony Ericsson k750i but lately its been a bit slow and the joystick bit has become annoying as it works eraticaly :-( pity really cos its such a nice phone.
Can't get an upgrade just yet as I don't think my contract started til june last year although trying to get this info out of O2 is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
I really wanna get a Sony Ericsson w810i as I'm used to the SE's now, not keen on much else, would go back to Nokia but the phones they have out lately just don't work for me, not enough bells and whistles ;-P
Plus this w810i is also a walkman, kill 2 birds with 1 stone, no need for me to spend silly amounts on a seperate mp3 player that I won't use that often.

Mosters Of Rock gig at MK Bowl this weekend, quite looking forward to it :-) especially Alice Cooper and Thunder, only know one Deep Purple track so best get learning some ;-)
Weather is supposed to be decent although I'll believe that when I see it.

So anyway, back to my book, I'm 6 chapters in and it hasn't really kicked off yet.

Yea so I mentioned the falling over on the way to work yesterday.

This morning I wake up and my right elbow bloody hurts! and I've bruises on both knee's, so THANX! Oxford City Council for putting fucking stupid paving slabs at the side of the road.

BTW! It's not wise to eat a chicken kebab with garlic mayonaise and onions at midnight and then go to bed shortly after as you wake up with a mouth like the (as my mum always says) bottom of a parrots cage! ;-)

Off down to Southampton now so no more blogging for me until atleast monday night, hopefuly my book will turn up from America sometime next week :-)

Slipped over on the way to to work this morning, contary to popular belief, I was not pissed at the time!! ;-)

So anyway, had planned to go out with a mate for her birthday, she said she'd ring me after 5pm ...... so I get a text at 4.30pm saying ' where are you'!! ;-)

The moto as always when me and Tinny go out for drinks is: 'Eating's Cheating!' so I got in from work and went straight back out again without having dinner.

By 5.20pm I'm in a pub with a bottle of Becks!

It's now 00.10am, I've had a chicken kebab with garlic mayonaise and some beers and I feel fine!! LOL

My book is on its way from America, It's Bank Holiday weekend and I get paid next Tuesday .......... what more could you ask for really!!! ;-) appart from 6 numbers on the lottery! ;-)

So I win all round, cancelled my Amazon order, which included Def Leppards album, I'll now order that from cdwow or somewhere next week when I'm paid cos it'll be free shipping from them :-)

Looking at buying my new Star Wars book on eBay even though I have it on order from Amazon simply because it might actualy arrive here from America quicker than I can get it here, wanna be able to join in the forum but can't cos they're all talking about the book!

So I've given up on the countdown cos its just not relevant anymore! ;-) unless I start a countdown to the next book in the series which is due out sometime this year also.

It seems to me since the invention of forums, message boards and mailing lists its an easy way for ppls to have a go at someone anonymously <-----sorry for shit spelling!!

I won't mention any forums/message boards/mailing lists in particular but lately certain ones I read/post on have been just fucking crazy!

Some people feel the need to hide behind an internet persona to persue someone they feel has wronged them or pissed them off or just happens to have a different opinion or maybe even just a different sense of humour.

I've been a ..... 'nettie' for about 10 years now and it seems the better places that are invented for ppls to go and chat or whatever the worse it gets, bring back mIRC atleast that was fun!

Anyway.....moving on!

Got 2 days off now, trailering a trailer to Ipswich tommorow to some travel lodge and then going to Felixstowe docks on Thursday which is John's birthday (although he will try and deny it!) to pick up this other Supra which will have finaly arrived from Japan. No work at work makes it a very long week cos believe it or not doing nothing is harder than working!

So....

Highlight of my exciting week was seeing a spider on the kitchen wall on Monday and Tuesday and then the fucking thing disapeared! so god knows where the damn thing has gone now, I may get attacked by it when I go and make toast in the morning! it was atleast <---> that wide!

We also seem to have an ant invasion ( as alwasy happens at this time of year) in the kitchen, the house is old so the bastards get in where ever they can, me and Will have declared war and found that Flash Lemon kitchen spray works quite well but that you can't beat a Raid flame thrower ;-) (ie: 1 tin of Raid, some matches = fireworks!)

The fucking ants have already claimed one fruit loaf that was supposed to be my breakfast! so I've had to make do with muffins for the rest of the week BASTARDS!

Yes I've drunk beer! Blogging is only funny when I've drunk beer!

Summer has turned up again (hence ant invasion) so went to pub on way home from work yesterday, was nice to just sit out on the street with a pint and take the piss out of passers by ;-)

Cats have been going loopy in the garden or just generaly slinking about as if they own the place.

Off to Frank and Fud's for dinner tomorrow evening, we're all hoping the weather is nice so we can sit outside in the garden but forecast is for it to piss down, TYPICAL!

Went to see my nan, well I call her Grand-Ma always have done always will but then everyone would think I was posh ;-) we talked about everything as usual and then I said I was off to drink my beer mentioning Carlsberg Export and my Uncle was like 'Oh be careful cos some girl died drinking that' and I'm like well how many bottles did she drink LOL turns out they read about Carlsberg Special Brew, well that stuff is bloody awful!! its 12% and looks like treacle! no wonder some girl died.... the alchies down town drink that shit!

Highlight of next week......

Going to Felixstowe to FINALY! pick up John's other car thats arriving on a boat from Japan so he can tear it appart for the bits he needs to make his car a manual, I will be busy on eBay selling the rest of it to make some cash back ;-) (pix to follow! I bet u can't wait!!)

Same Shit, Different Monday!

So Monday started with pounding rain at 6.30am which carried onto about 12pm.
Got the 10 past Chav bus to work and preceeded to do not alot as we haven't got any work on which is more boring than having loads to do cos atleast with loads to do I don't have to watch the hours go by.

Checked out the England World Cup squad and I'd just like to thank Mr Eriksson now for ruining my summer!

To say I'm unimpressed by certain selections would be an understatement! I mean for fuck sake Owen Hargreaves! he only picks him cos he feels sorry for him, the fucking bloke isn't even that English!

Still moving on, had a mildy entertaining dinner time as we all sat and looked out at the cat launch herself into the hedge after a bird and then continue to go loopy around the garden for about 5 mins, nearly choked on my potato it was that funny!

Another day, another blog design!

And seeing as I'm in a Star Wars mode these days this one will probably stay for a bit :-)

Went out with some hockey mates this evening, we did a bit of running and then played a bit of footie, was good to see people again, feels like its been so long since I saw most people, even though it was only January when I stopped playing.
Leg hurts a bit but then I always tend to over do it when playing football with the kicking and stuff so gonna get some stretches into it a bit later and see how I feel tomorrow.

Got me mums birthday present sorted for this Friday, me and Will have managed to get 2 tickets to see Status Quo on 21st May in Birmingham, she'll be well chuffed!!! :-D

Well I was gonna blog but blogger is being an arse tonight so I can't be arsed! It might not even let me post this in which case you won't see what I'm typing so why am I bothering?!
