Going out hockey training now, 4 more games to put my broken body thru so 4 or 5 more training sessions to go.

The book ordering merry go round continues!

Just out of curiostity I look on Waterstones site again today only to find that they have 10!!!!! in stock and it says 'Usualy dispatched within 24 hours'

I've re-ordered it from there but just to be sure I didn't cancel my Amazon re-order until I'd recieved the magical email this afternoon that says I've been billed and my book is in the process of being sent.

So.....it might be here tomorrow and then again.....it might not but hopefuly it will be here by Saturday.

I order the book from Waterstones so cancel my long term order with Amazon, I then get an email from Waterstones saying they have no idea when they'll have it in stock so I cancel my order with them and go and re-order with Amazon but the dispatch date has now changed and is 2-3 days maybe more later!

So......I'm a knob!

Looking on eBay now to see if I can get it earlier on there, have also been round all the shops in Oxford looking just incase.
Will go looking again on Monday.....just incase!

This is all because I'm finding it very very hard to stay away from that spoiler forum on NJOE.com infact I clicked on it earlier!!

Hopefuly it'll all sell but the current Roxette collector climate is really bad, no one wants to pay for anything anymore, the internet has devalued most things and I'm reluctant to sell stuff for much less than I payed for it.

Basket Case

So its the morning after the night before.

Suprisingly I feel fine, not sure how I got away with that!

Anyway, yesterday started off with hockey but not before we cleared the pitch of snow to make it playable!

A good team effort all round using 2 brooms and 3 shovels we just about managed to get it cleared in time.

We won 4-0 so was all worth it! I bet the opposition had wished it had stayed snowed over ;-)

After that we went off out into town, had a few drinks! and some food and I think I rolled in at about midnight.

Where's all the snow gone?

To be honest I'm glad cos I want to play hockey this morning even though its wet and cold outside, we are on a roll and we want to keep on winning and I want to keep on scoring.

So anyway, I promised last night that I'd put my pictures of the snow into a mini film, well I did and then I signed up for a YouTube account which for some reason took bloody ages to sort out.

Not going to work today, off on a trip to see a new colour machine with the boss.

Just as well really cos weather station says -3.0°C and thats freeze ure tits off on ure bike weather!

Was looking at Amazon the other day to check the dispatch date for the new Star Wars book and it says estimated dispatch 27th Feb, estimated delivery 28th Feb.
Now according to the NJOE site it says 27 days til the release..........now my maths is not the best in the world but I don't think its 27 days til the end of February!

What should I write here......

After some beer and little thought.....

As I was walking home from the pub this evening I was thinking (<--- yes! thinking!) about how much things have and haven't changed around where I live.

And now as I sit here thinking about all the things I was thinking about on my way home from the pub............I know the reality is that I will write fuck all!

Cos I thought about so much, thats of no meaning to anyone else, that I thought no one will care, so...... I write nothing of any importance which isn't how I feel right now but it will have to do cos I really don't know what I wanted to write in the first place!

Does anyone ever look at the beer mats in pubs and wonder why in very very small print it has that drink aware website ad?
If you're that pissed you're not gonna see it! and if you're that pissed ure not gonna care about drinkaware.co.uk let alone spell the fucking website right in ure web browser when you get home from the pub!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe its catching the people that go back to the same pub the day after and feel guilty about the stuff they did the night before whislt under the influence.


I need to stop talking bullshit now and come out of this self made depression that I seem to have been in for the last few weeks.
